Our Process1 - Define - We meet with key stakeholders to clarify the questions we are going to ask and to understand why we are asking them. The end result is a clearly defined problem or challenge to be solved, along with a hypothesis. This phase focuses entirely on our client's organization.
2 - Discover - We turn our attention to our client's customers, prospects, and the general public using ethnographic research methods to observe and understand what people want and need. Lots of photos, audio and video are recorded in this phase. 3 - Synthesize - This phase is all about blue skies. We think big (really big) to create lots of ideas and concepts, both big and small. We pull in the findings from the previous two phases, along with our experience and observations from other industries, economic macro-trends, ascendent business models and what current and trending technology makes feasible. 4 - Analyze - While the Synthesize phase is about getting big, this phase is all about getting focused. We consider the technical, financial, cultural and operational ramifications of all the ideas created to focus on recommendations that are most viable and value-added. Our solid business acumen combines with our creativity to create strong value propositions. 5 - Design - Here is where the multi-disciplinary approach really kicks in, by creating prototypes of the service can and will be. The artifacts created in this phase can include any or all of the following: flowcharts, org charts, storyboards, digital 3D models, video mockups, scale models, multimedia presentations, user interface wireframes, design briefs, etc. 6 - Build - Once the concepts and initial designs are approved, we work closely with the client to find and choose the right vendor(s) to build out the solutions. Having been on the production side for years, we can help make the most of our client's budgets and even provide project management services as needed. 7 - Launch - We not only work with you to design and build the service, but we can also help you bring it to market in the most effective and efficient ways. Since we are involved in the process from the very beginning, we have insights that no traditional "ad agency" could ever have. |
