Fast Growth Malvern Company Seeks Marketing Manager
Well-respected and profitable business-to-business service provider in the western suburbs of Philadelphia seeks a Marketing Manager for a division of the company that has high-growth potential. This scalable service offering has been proven over the past three years with high-profile clients, and is ready to scale to regional and national presence. A high level sales and marketing strategy exists, and the company is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager for consistent and successful implementation.
- This position reports directly to the President of the company. The candidate must be well organized. have strong writing and oral communication skills, and sound judgment for managing multiple initiatives and schedules. The candidate will perform a wide variety of tasks, all focused on increasing revenue and visibility. This includes both “hands-on” work as well as directing the work of freelancers and outside vendors.
- Successful candidate should have at least 5 years of marketing experience, either “in-house” or within an agency environment. Should be familiar with marketing of services and be well-rounded in both off-line and on-line marketing practices. Requires technical skills including MS Office Suite and MS-CRM; basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS systems; social media channels and related support tools; as well as an understanding of the basics of digital media production and presentation tools.
- Candidate will be expected to stay abreast of changes in the marketing environment as well as the macro trends of the industries the company serves. Will be expected to develop sales presentations and report upon marketing trends, competition, new products, pricing and feedback from both customers and prospects.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or above. Casual and fun yet high performance work environment in the western suburbs of Philadelphia has been on both the Inc Magazine “5000 Fastest Growing Companies” and “Philadelphia’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies” lists.
- Salary of $75,000 plus outstanding company benefits including: medical & dental insurance, prescription plan, life insurance, AD&D, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) Profit Sharing, Roth IRA, Flexible Spending Account, Bonus plan, and Stock Option plan.
